Appointments:
Registration occurs on line for the service you choose through IntakeQ. You will receive an email confirmation with next steps that includes completing a waiver, consent, history questionnaire and instructions. Feel free to reach out directly if you experience any problems scheduling and we will get you set up!
Coverage:
Services and cost as listed. Dr. Campbell does not currently participate in any insurance plans. She is considered out-of-network and offers direct care services to her patients. This means she can see you and your baby regardless of insurance.
A superbill will be provided for you in which you can submit to your insurance company. The good news is that breastfeeding services are a required to be covered by insurance based per federal law. Contact your insurance company to explore further, because out-of-network stipulations such as deductibles and co-pays may apply.
Please do not hesitate to reach out if you feel cost is a barrier. We will review your coverage together. Additionally, Bloom and Grow Lactation offers Sliding Scale Fees.

Great news...Dr. Campbell partners with Reimbursify for you to easily submit claims for services she provides you. Download the user-friendly app and all claims submitted will not cost you any additional fees. They are covered by Bloom and Grow Lactation in an effort to remove barriers and simplify the process.
Of note, lactation services and education are eligible expenses with a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), or a Health Reimbursement Agreement (HRA).

LACTATION COVERAGE
Dr. Campbell is currently moving through application and credentialing to become a Mississippi Medicaid Provider. Yes, she will take Medicaid in the future. In the meantime she offers Sliding Scale Fees. Please do not let cost be a barrier. Reach out to Dr. Campbell directly. She offers free 10 minute virtual meet and greet sessions so we can discuss your options together.
Dr. Campbell is a double boarded physician in pediatrics and neonatology/perinatal medicine. As a Mississippi licensed physician practicing breastfeed medicine, Dr. Campbell can provides medical service in addition to lactation consultation and support. Dr Campbell's training and board certification allows her to prescribe medication, refer to other medical physicians and order imaging and labs as clinically indicated.

Dr. Campbell has a physical office at 200 Park Circle Drive Suite _ Flowood, MS 39232 off of Lakeland above Sprouted Heart Acupuncture and Wellness, next to Tara Yoga and behind Paradigm.
Home visits in your home are also provided as an option for newly postpartum families. Dr. Campbell understands how logistically challenging it is to mobilize as a new family following the birth of a newborn. She is happy to provide this service during such a transitional phase in life.

Movement is medicine, and reliably functional and nutritious movement has provided Dr. Campbell with stability and renewal through times of uncertainty.
Dr. Campbell is also a 500 hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) who specializes in perinatal yoga, yoga for children and infant massage. She offers private and group classes as part of her perinatal service offerings.
She also offers childbirth education through an approach that optimizes the physical relationship between the bodies of the mother and baby for easing birth.
