When both receive medical evaluation and treatment, we submit separate insurance claims for each patient. You should expect separate claim information, commonly two Explanations of Benefits (EOBs).
 

Lactation medicine visits are not guaranteed to be covered at 100%. Copays, deductibles, or coinsurance may apply to you, your baby, or both. Please provide insurance information for both patients and review your benefits before your appointment.
